This hard plastic off-camera custom earpiece is for the RIGHT ear. It is generally used by off camera people such as camera operators, directors, etc. and are made in hard plastic. This ear piece can also be ordered in soft plastic for areas where high ambient noise is a problem, such as race car drivers or talent reporting track side or in arenas.
